Two times per year, your monthly treatment can be moved into the adjacent month. As all our treatments can be performed at weekly intervals, your skin will love having its routine mixed up and supercharged with two treatments in one month. Please see terms and conditions for further details.

For a small $30 fee, we do allow you to transfer your Membership (monthly treatments only) to a family member or a friend, for either a single month or for the remainder of your Membership.
- Membership Terms and Conditions.

- Memberships and the joining fees are non-refundable.
- Pre-paid memberships are for a duration of the membership.
- Memberships on a monthly direct debit are for a duration of 12 months only.
- A $99 joining fee for ZipPay and EziDebit membership payments is applicable.
- Due to high demand, we strongly recommend that all appointments are pre-scheduled for the year to avoid disappointment.
- We cannot guarantee availability for a particular day, time or therapist.
- Strictly 24 hours’ notice must be given to reschedule or cancel an appointment, or it will be forfeited from your monthly membership treatments. In this event, we highly recommend you send a friend or family member in your place.
- Monthly treatments must be used every calendar month, except for:
> Membership suspensions for holidays must be submitted in writing one month in advance to expertskin@aestheticlounge.com.au for approval.
> To allow for flexibility, two times per year a monthly treatment can be moved into the adjacent month. As most of our treatments can be performed at weekly intervals, your skin will love having its routine mixed up and super-charged with two treatments in one month.
- Management have the right to refuse a membership transfer.
- For a small $30 admin fee, we do allow you to transfer your Membership (Monthly Treatments Only) to a family member or friend, for either a single month or for the remainder of your Membership.
- Memberships on a monthly direct debit are subject to price rises at management discretion in line with yearly clinic price rises.
- Pre-paid memberships will not incur any price rises for the duration of the membership.
- Members only discounts are not valid with any other promotions.
- Members can upgrade to the next membership level at any time for the remainder of their membership. If you are on a payment plan, a small admin fee of $30 will be applicable.
- Management reserves the right to cancel a membership and refund the difference.
- Management reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions or withdraw a membership at any time.
- Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel a membership when a member is not abiding by the terms and conditions.
