It is also important to assess the condition of your skin to ensure it is strong enough to tolerate our Advanced and Specialised Treatments.
- What Do I Need To Bring Along For My Skin Consultation?

Please bring in all your current skincare products with you. This allows us to get an insight into your current routine and analyse what is and isn’t addressing your skin concerns, and what could be hindering you from achieving your goals. By ensuring your products are working synergistically with your skin and our treatments; downtime, side effects and complications will be minimised.
Please also bring the names of any medications and oral supplements you are currently taking as these may affect treatment outcomes.
- Can I Have A Treatment On The Day Of My Consultation?

We have created our Starter Treatments for new clients whose skin has not yet been correctly prepared with our cosmeceutical products. This collection of facials will kick-start your skin program. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you let us know at the time of booking if you would like a Starter Facial.
If you are unsure which facial will suit your skin’s needs, then our Discovery Facial is ideal.
For Hair Removal Consultations; all our IPL, Laser and Electrolysis hair removal modalities require a test patch and cosmeceutical products prior to your first treatment. Test patching is included with your Hair Removal Skin Consultation.

We understand that other clinics may treat your skin, when it’s simply not ready, but we aren’t just another skin clinic. We believe in achieving amazing, long lasting results and this can only be successfully achieved through skin preparation.
While our Starter Skin treatments do not require skin prepping, all our Advanced, Specialised and Hair Removal treatments do require preparation with specific skincare ingredients to minimise associated risks and down-time, whilst maximising your results. Our experienced Dermal Therapists will guide you through the perfect homecare routine to rapidly achieve skin perfection!
